真絲服飾產(chǎn)品的面料花型設(shè)計，范圍包括領(lǐng)帶、絲巾、家用紡織品三類產(chǎn)品。

Purpose of the competition

The aim of this competition is to promote accessory develping smoothly by enhancing necktie,accessory design creative ability and strengthen the international cooperation in the field of fashion.

【參賽辦法】：
1.大賽面向全球征稿，有設(shè)計能力與獨特創(chuàng)意的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、專業(yè)院校、職高、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計室等設(shè)計人員、學(xué)生及其他設(shè)計愛好者均可參加，設(shè)計稿必須獨立完成。
2.征稿時間：2018年4月9日至2018年7月20日（來稿一律不退，請自留底稿），免收報名費。
3.獲獎作品的版權(quán)歸主辦單位所有。
【Competition way】：
A.) Scope: Any person from all over the world , designer, student, or design lover from any enterprise, college. secondly school, creative design room who has the design creative ability can take part in under the condition he can finish the works by his own efforts.
B) Time for contribution
From 2018.04.09 to 2018.07.20 ( Please keep your original copy since we will not return.)
No fee for the contribution
C). Copy right of the award-winning works belong to the sponsor
【畫稿要求】：
1.參賽作品設(shè)計稿須以紙稿形式參賽，設(shè)計作品須手繪或打印在紙稿上，以光盤、電子郵件等其他形式參賽的作品無效。
2.作品稿件不允許裱裝在KT板上，通過KT板裝飾參賽的作品無效。
3.設(shè)計作品須是設(shè)計者原創(chuàng)作品，出現(xiàn)抄襲、模仿等涉及著作權(quán)糾紛稿件，取消參賽資格，由此引起的法律后果由參賽者自負(fù)。
4.設(shè)計稿可以組稿形式參賽，組稿限在4款作品以內(nèi)。
5.設(shè)計稿應(yīng)圍繞大賽主題，抓住在設(shè)計上體現(xiàn)對過往生活的美好記憶，呈現(xiàn)服飾時尚設(shè)計與生活的相互關(guān)聯(lián)與作用。可在領(lǐng)帶、絲巾、家紡三個類別上選擇其中之一或全部，進(jìn)行面料花型（樣）圖案設(shè)計。設(shè)計稿須注明設(shè)計的類別。
6.畫稿尺寸要求：投遞稿件尺寸不得大于52㎝×35㎝，設(shè)計者根據(jù)領(lǐng)帶、絲巾、家紡不同類別的設(shè)計需要，在該尺寸范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行花型圖案設(shè)計。畫稿背面下載粘貼或自制15㎝×9㎝參賽者登記表格，要注明：姓名、性別、身份證號、出生年月、職業(yè)、單位、地址、郵編、電話、微信或QQ號、作品名稱、設(shè)計創(chuàng)意說明等（可登錄“CFW服裝設(shè)計網(wǎng)” 下載表格）。
【Requirement for the works】：
1).All the design works for competition must be shown in paper, drawn by hand or typed on paper. Any other forms such as disk or email is useless.
2).Any design for competition must not be pasted on KT board. If any, it will be useless.
3).All designs must be designed in original, No copy or imitation is allowed. If such things is found, competition qualification will be cancelled and competitor have to bear the relative law duty due to his action.
4) Design can be presented in group but within 4 styles.
5).Design must be based on the competition theme, catching the good memory of the past life ,showing fashion correlative with life and the effect to the life. .Design can be chosen in one of the three products: necktie, scarf and home textile or all of them. You must point out in your design which kind it belongs to.
6). Size for the layout: The maximum size for the layout is 52cms x35cms.The designer can create different designs according to different products, necktie, scarf or home textile within this scope. On the back of the layout, please stick or made by yourself a paper size in 15cms x9cms with the following information: name, gender, ID number, birth date and year, career, unit, address, PO code, telephone number, QQ number, name of design and illustration. 1.由主辦單位組織專家及著名設(shè)計師組成評委會。
2.2018年8月上旬，由評委會從應(yīng)征稿件中評選出39名優(yōu)秀選手的作品入圍。
3.2018年9月30日前，由主辦單位選擇“中國領(lǐng)帶名城”嵊州市的專業(yè)絲品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，將39名入圍選手的作品制作成實物，于2018年10月25日-11月2日北京國際時裝周期間進(jìn)行決賽，以模特動態(tài)演示的形式，組織專業(yè)評委對展示作品進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場打分，最后評出各類獎項，并進(jìn)行當(dāng)場頒獎。
4.邀請入圍選手赴現(xiàn)場參加決賽，所需費用包括交通費（原則上限火車、汽車，不含飛機）及食宿費用，由承辦單位承擔(dān)。
【W(wǎng)ay to decide award】：
1.A judging panel will be formed with famous designers and experts by the organizer
2.Judging panel will choose 39 good competitors among them in the middle of August,2018
3.Before Sep 30,2018,the chosen 39 designer’s works will be produced into real products by the enterprises selected by China Famous Necktie City Committee.
The works will be shown by models in dynamic demonstration form during Beijing fashion show from Oct 25 to Nov 2,2018 and professional judges will decide who will win on the spot. Award and prize will be presented at the same time. Final competition place will be fixed later.
4.All expenses including transportation fee by train, bus, excluding by plane, boarding and lodging expenses will be borne by organizer for all participators who are invited to the fashion show scene .Participators from abroad can claim payment for the transportation fee.

特等獎1名，獎金25000元人民幣（稅前）
一等獎3名，獎金15000元人民幣（稅前）
二等獎3名，獎金10000元人民幣（稅前）
三等獎3名，獎金6250元人民幣（稅前）
優(yōu)秀獎29名，獎金1250元人民幣（稅前）
并頒發(fā)由主辦單位蓋章的獲獎證書。
【way to present prize】：

First prize:3persons ￥15,000.00（before tax）
